Shipping & Returns

Shipment Method:

Most of orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. We may ship via US Post Service Priority Mail for some addresses subject to "UPS Delivery Area Surcharge". If you order before 1:00 pm (PST) your order(s) will be shipped the same day. You will also receive a confirmed email with "UPS Tracking Number". Please double check your delivery address & zip code, UPS will charge extra 5 dollars for correcting delivery address. If you misspell your address and/or zip code after placed an order. You can always give us a call we will correct the delivery address for you.

UPS Domestic Service:

  • UPS Ground - From 1day to 5 days delivery to every address in the U.S. 48 contiguous states.
  • All UPS Deliveries are made Monday-Friday Only (Excluding Holidays). We do not offer Saturday Deliveries.
  • Shipments to PO boxes, APO and FPO addresses will NOT be accepted by UPS. (Please use US Post Service Priority Mail.)

 

Please note that although UPS is normally very reliable, we cannot be responsible for occasional delivery delays caused by UPS. If a package is lost in transit, please give us a phone call. We will trace the package for you through UPS. If it still cannot be located after the trace, we will re-ship your order at no extra cost to you.

 

 

US Postal Service Priority Mail does provide a confirmation number. However, a confirmation number doesn't show any routing update information. It only provides "when and where your package was received and/or delivered."

 

 

For all customers who use "eCheck payment", We will ship your orders once the funds have cleared from your account - usually three to four business days.

 

Return Policy:

1) Damaged or Defective items: (Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of order for returning)
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after received the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees.

2) Non-defective items: (Please contact us within 30 days of receipt of order for returning)
If any item(s) returned because you simply mis-ordered, we understand you just made a mistake. We will not charge Restocking Fee (most of stores charge 15% restocking fee) for any UNOPENED PRODUCTS. However, we will only refund your purchased-price less any shipment & handling fees and other fees. You also have to pay the shipping cost to return item(s) to us.  There is no free "return shipment" offering by both UPS and US Post Service.
 

3) How to Return an Item:
Please call our support at 626-442-6690 within 30 days of receipt of order.
We will ask you Invoice number, the reason for the return.
We will issue a return authorization number for you to process return.
We suggest you to ship the merchase back to us via UPS on your cost.
NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS MUST BE UNOPENED PRODUCTS  with original box in 100% salable condition to qualify for a refund.
